Monitoring and Evaluation
- Strong methodological skills and experience in integrated monitoring and evaluation (M&E) methods and procedures of a variety of plans and case-studies.
- LogFrame (LFA) and projects’ life-cycle results-based management (RBM).
- Ex-ante, interim and ex-post programmes analysis and projects impact assessment, including Results - based Monitoring and Evaluation (RB M&E), Results Chain (inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes and impacts).
- Success/Failure analysis: “Drivers”, “Bottlenecks” and “Shortcomings” figured out both in “external” and “internal” manner, with respect to “Scientific/Technological”, “Economic/Financial”, “Operational/Managerial”, “Strategy/Policy” perspectives and measures needed to overcome them.
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis, including Baseline Benchmarks, Program to Impacts (P2I), key performance indicators (KPI).
- Evaluation of grant proposals.
